Our thin foil heaters consist of sheets of PET and conductive inks. They are versatile and can quickly heat EV battery packs and vehicle interiors or evaporate moisture in car logos and onboard cameras.
With a reaction time of seconds, cold-weather malfunctioning of EV batteries can be prevented. Our foils instantly heat the cold battery when the vehicle turns on. In car interiors, it can replace conventional heating systems, saving both space and weight. With sensors and cameras, heater foils can be applied to prevent freezing and fogging, enhancing the vehicle’s overall safety.
Through co-engineering, we design the most efficient conductive pattern. Multiple inks, each with its properties, can be used to reach the perfect temperature and heating behaviour. A positive temperature coefficient ink, or PTC ink, even has the benefit of self-regulating the maximum temperature, steadying it based on the design, reducing the likelihood of overheating. We can also isolate or laminate the foils to avoid short-circuiting.
