Our poka-yoke laminated busbars are designed combining multiple functions into a single, rigid part. Each stack integrates the conductive metal busbar layer, insulation, and optional FPC monitoring, removing complexity from your assembly line and minimising NOK modules.
Traditional busbars are individual components that must be positioned and mounted one by one. With our one-sheet laminated solution, a single, precisely designed sheet connects all cells at once, ensuring perfect alignment and faster integration.
One rigid part per module: Includes all required layers; conductive, insulation, and optional monitoring, for full-stack, poka-yoke integration.
Precise positioning: Our one-sheet solution ensures precise, repeatable alignment, reduces NOK placements with poka-yoke checks, and supports tight tolerances for reliable, steady production.
Single assembly step: Single-step assembly reduces positioning time, eliminates multiple accuracy checks, and cuts waste by ensuring all parts are aligned before welding begins.
Dual-side insulation increases rigidity and electrical safety. The whole stack is glued together with adhesive.
